Residents
Our resident meal plans are designed to meet the unique needs of students living in our traditional resident halls. A meal plan is required for all students living on campus. Our resident plans come with meal swipes to be used primarily in the Dining Common, and Bruins Bucks, which is a declining balance account similar to a debit card. Only one meal per meal period can be used per day.

Apartments and Condos
Available to upperclassmen and seniors living in apartments. These meal plan options provide flexible access to all dining locations across campus, with meal swipes and Bonus Dollars to fit a variety of dining preferences and lifestyles.

Commuters
Exclusive to off-campus students, the commuter meal plan provides meal swipes valid in the Dining Common. Bruins Bucks offer flexible spending for meals in the Dining Common or any retail spot in The Den.

Faculty & Staff
Faculty and staff meal plans are built specially for those who work on campus. They offer low prices and great value for busy workdays. Best of all, these meal plans do not expire. You can use your remaining balance for as long as you are employed.

Meal Exchange
One Meal Swipe equals one set meal containing an entrée, a side, and a drink.
Think of a Meal Swipe as your "ticket" to a meal at an event - they do not have a Dollar Value.

How do I purchase a meal plan?
In person:
- At a register in the Dining Common lobby. Please purchase outside of meal rush times.

Do meal plans expire?
Student plans expire on Graduation Day each year in May. Faculty/Staff plans never expire.
Can I use more than one meal swipe at a time?
Voluntary meal plans allow you to use as many swipes as you want as long as you have swipes left to use.
How many meal swipes are included in a resident hall student board meal plan?
Currently, residence hall students have 1 (one) meal swipe per meal period. The swipe is either for dine-in or takeout, not both.
What if I miss a meal due to an academic responsibility or work schedule?
Your academic or campus work supervisor should communicate this with you. If not, please contact your academic or campus work supervisor or the Student Life office.
