A Culinary Tribute Celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month

This annual celebration honors the rich histories, diverse cultures, and profound contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.


The official theme for 2026 is "Unidos, Somos Más" ("Together, We Are More"). This theme spotlights the collective strength, unity, and shared experiences of the Latine community.

Upcoming Events

Walking Nachos

As part of welcome week, we will be serving walking nachos after the evening service, approximately 8:00 PM, at the Activity Center.

National Banana Lovers Day

Do you love a good banana? We do! Cuppa Jones will be offering up some banana specials to enjoy this national food holiday.

Chicken and Waffle Pizza

Today we are featuring one of our Fresh Forward Series dishes to celebrate National Breakfast month and National Chicken month. Join us for some delicious chicken and waffle pizza.

National Cheeseburger Day

Join us in the Dining Common during lunch to celebrate National Cheeseburger Day! We'll be serving up some tasty dishes like cheeseburger pizza and cheeseburger quesadillas.

National Guacamole Day

During lunch in the Dining Common, we will be celebrating National Guacamole Day.

National Ice Cream Cone Day

Cuppa Jones in The Den will be serving up ice cream in cones to celebrate this day. Send us feedback to let us know what you'd like the special to be!
